Revital Iyov is the founder and principal of Sisu Philanthropy, a consultancy dedicated to advancing social change through strategic, values-driven giving.
She began her career as a journalist covering social affairs, focusing on the human stories behind policy and civic life. This work honed her ability to listen deeply, ask precise questions, and navigate complex narratives with empathy.
Seeking to engage more directly with the issues she reported on, Revital moved into nonprofit leadership. She co‑founded Have You Seen the Horizon Lately?, an initiative expanding public engagement with complex geopolitical questions, and later served as Director of External Relations and Content Development at the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund.
At Faraway Road Productions, the company behind Netflix’s Fauda, she served as Head of Operations, working closely with the founders to connect strategy and execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This experience led her to a London‑based family office, where she helped develop thoughtful, values‑aligned philanthropic practice before launching Sisu Philanthropy.
Revital is a graduate of the Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism program at the International Center of Photography in New York, and holds an MEd in Creative Education from the Royal College of Art in London.
